Crystals & Practices for Energy Protection Workshop

This class is happening on Wednesday May 7th 6:00-7:00pm at First House!

Join Rebe for an hour-long workshop all about protecting your energy!

You will be guided through two simple energetic practices that ANYONE can do:

• How to shield your energy proactively

• How to clear your energy when it feels murky

And of course we will discuss the best crystals to protect yourself and your space and how to use them!

Perfect for all levels of experience and ages 16+ are welcome.

About your teacher:

Rebe has over 7 years of experience working with crystals. She loves to use her intuitive gifts coupled with her expertise to help demystify crystals and get customers confidently started on their own crystal journey. She’s also a certified, trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, coach, and meditation teacher. Rebe blends these modalities into powerful, transformative healing sessions for her clients and guides others how to create simple spiritual practices for themselves.
