Transformation Simmer Pot

This particular simmer pot was designed to take you on a transformational journey through the winter months. As the days get shorter, we begin to go more and more inward for rest and rejuvenation. This simmer pot helps you honor that process while also honoring the Sun's cycle.

Remember to crack a window to let negative energy out and bring fresh positive energy in.

Ingredients:

• Mint - vitality, refreshment, protection, energy, communication
• Sunflower - honoring the Sun, embracing change, happiness, strength, longevity, fertility, loyalty
• Sage - emotional strength, purification, protection
• Nettle - dispel darkness, healing, renewal, protection
• Strawberries - fertility, dedication, preparation, clearing
• Oranges - positivity, transition, hope, joy, uplifting, energy, success
• Lime - cleansing, prosperity, purification, protection

Using your Magic:

Simmer pots nourish the mind and spirit. They are very grounding and easy to help you use your magic to set intentions. You may stand over the simmer pot set your intentions with each ingredient by holding each one close to your heart before putting into the pot or you may add all your ingredients then stir clockwise to bring intention into your life and stir counterclockwise to banish what you wish. You can also breathe in the steam while closing your eyes and thinking about your intentions.

Instructions:

1. Fill ¾ of a medium pot with water
2. Add ingredients
3. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer
4. Let simmer as long as you want (All day or a few hours)
5. Add additional water when needed
6. Add more fresh ingredients if you’d like to make it smell even better

WARNING: Not for drinking, keep close eye at all times so ingredients don’t burn.
